I provide creative services including marketing content strategy, video and graphic editing, and website development. Each project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payments

All services are offered as one-time payments unless otherwise specified. Payment terms and milestones will be clearly stated in the proposal or invoice. Work begins after initial payment confirmation.

3. Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, you own all final deliverables (e.g., website, designs, videos). I reserve the right to feature completed work in my portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Revisions & Maintenance

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, as specified in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance or content updates are optional and can be discussed during the discovery call.

5. Liability

I am not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the final deliverables. It is your responsibility to maintain website hosting, domain settings, and data backups unless otherwise arranged.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Some services may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting, plugins, analytics). I am not responsible for their availability or performance but will use reputable providers whenever possible.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement before completion by written notice. Payments for completed work or hours will remain due.
